Purchasing a Property:

1.  Location.

Prioritize what you need to be near to and most and least convenient.

2. Everything is Negotiable!

Work to getting everything ready for your move-in; demand repairs, specify items you want,

maintenance, deadlines, penalties to the Seller, etc., so you have no worries or concerns.

3. Know your budget and stick to it.

4. Use your agent for every question you have.

5. Be wary of builder discounts.

    They are very short term.
